Hair loss can occur due to radiotherapy treatment when the treatment is directly applied to your scalp. Usually the hair will be lost after 2 to 3 weeks of treatment and return after 2 to 3 months of treatment. A wig or partial hair piece can camouflage the hair loss. If the hair loss is minimal, we can create a custom partial hair piece for you. If you experience more extensive hair loss, we can create a custom wig to mimic your current hair style, so that people cannot tell you are wearing a wig.
