The following terms and conditions apply to all HairWeavon transactions. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions, This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. You should also check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.
We collect some personal information such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name, E-mail, Telephone, Fax Number, mailing Address, etc. We use the information provided by you to provide HairWeavon.com products and services at your request. We do not share or sell your information with outside parties except when needed to complete your request e.g. shipping of your order.
We hope that we have provided you with a good range of products. If an item you have ordered is currently out of stock, HairWeavon.com will either offer you an alternative or place an immediate order for you for delivery at the earliest convenience. Note that many of our products are custom made for you which can take 4 to 8 weeks to deliver. This may include Men's hair systems, hair pieces and wigs. Make sure to ring us and confirm.
Many of the products we sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.
All prices listed on HairWeavon website are online prices only. HairWeavon products purchased at our show room or through a HairWeavon agent can differ.
To protect your payment details, all online transactions are performed only on secure servers through an encrypted connection. The total price payable for the goods will be calculated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We may adjust our prices to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website exclude VAT and delivery charges. If applicable, this is payable at the time of placing your order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. Only one promotional discount code can be applied to an order.
Longevity of your HairWeavon.com hair
If you look after your human hair extensions or wig properly, we estimate that the hair could last up to 2 years. You may choose to style, straighten, curl or dye the hair as you wish however we recommend you keep this to a minimum. HairWeavon.com is not responsible for any mismanagement which may prevent the hair from lasting. See our hair care page for our hair care tips.
FREE Delivery Offer!
We offer free delivery worldwide for orders over €250. This offer is not permanent and may be stopped at any time. All items are shipped by registered post. DHL delivery is available at an additional premuim cost. Please check with us for DHL prices.
If there is a problem with your delivery please contact us. For international customers, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
For our wholesale customers: Delivery time is approximately 28 days. Wholesale customers are excluded from all offers, including free delivery offer.
Delivery of products in stock items will normally be made within 2-12 working days from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. We are not responsible for international shipping delays due to customs processing.
HairWeavon.com custom orders
Please note that custom items can take 4-6weeks to be made and delivered. This include lace closure pieces, lace frontals and wigs.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery. If the item delivered to you is not correct, it is your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your product. We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- - The product is unused and in its original condition
- - The hair is not combed, washed, dyed, curled, braided, or treated
- - No return or exchanges on custom orders
- - Shipping cost for returns or exchanges are at the customer's expense
Miss HairWeavon Competition
This competition is currently only available to customers in the Republic of Ireland. A winner is randomly selected by our HairWeavon panel. By sending us your picture, you are agreeing to have your picture displayed on our website and use for any marketing media.The winner will receive a photo shoot of which the images will be used for marketing purposes.
Recommended hair care products or accessories
For your convenience, HairWeavon.com may recommend hair accessory products or related products that may compliment your purchase. Any queries/complaints must be directed to the manufacturers of such products.
Recommended hair stylist
For your convenience, HairWeavon.com may recommend a hair stylist to help with fitting your hair extensions or hair system. Any queries/complaints relating to the application of the hair must be directed to the hair stylist or salon that applied the hair
Physical Damage Policy
Any damage to the hair or packaging will effectively void your exchange entitlements. Package your products properly for shipping. Physical damage includes item that has been altered, cut and/or missing packaging. Any physically damaged products will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
It is advised that you send the products by registered post to ensure safe delivery. After we receive your package, allow up to 7 days for your exchange to be processed. All exchange queries can be directed to email@example.com
Ethical Sourcing Policy
As a reputable and trusted business committed to offering its customers high quality products, HairWeavon recognizes its obligation to ensure that suppliers are operating ethically. We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees' health and safety and basic human rights.
All suppliers are expected to comply with their national employment laws and regulations with particular regard to:

HairWeavon will never knowingly source stock from countries which are in breach of the above principles. We look to our suppliers to instill these principles when dealing with their own supplier base.
Because of the sometimes complex nature of our suppliers' supply chain, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of each individual involved in the production of our products. However, as HairWeavon continues to grow it recognises the importance of being proactive and doing everything within its power to support the rights of those involved in the manufacture of its goods.
