What are your opening hours? Our online store is open 24 hours a day and our online team are available to answer your questions promptly to assist you with your online order. Our wig shop is open by appointment only Mon-Sat 10am-6pm.

Is there a charge for consultations? All consultation are free and there is never any obligation to make a purchase.

I have a medical card, what is my entitlement for a medical wig? If you are experiencing hair loss due to a medical reasons, you may be entitled to the medical card HSE wig grant. We will need a note from your doctor to confirm you require a wig due to medical hair loss. We also need your medical card number to process the paper work for you. You may be entitled to between €500 and €635. You can find the detailed explanations in this video.

Do you help with head shaving for women undergoing chemotherapy? Having to shave or cut your hair short because of cancer hair loss can be very upsetting. Can I try on the hair toppers and wigs during the appointment? Absolutely! We encourage you to try on different hair toppers and wigs to find the one that suits you best. Our private consultation room ensures you have a comfortable and discreet space to experiment with different styles and colors.

Do you offer styling or cutting services at the store? Currently, we do not provide styling or cutting services in-store. However, our knowledgeable staff will guide you on how to care for and style your wig or hair topper at home. We can recommend reputable local stylists who are experienced in working with wigs if you wish to have your piece customized further.

What types of wigs do you carry? At our Round Rock Wig Shop, we carry a diverse selection of high-quality wigs made from various materials such as synthetic, human hair, and blends. We offer wigs from the top brands such as Ellen Wille, Raquel Welch, Jon Renau and more. However, we do not stock all the wigs on our website in store, so if there is a specific style or colour you desire we can order it for you.

Can I purchase wigs online from your store? Yes, we have an online store www.HairWeavon.com where you can browse and purchase a curated selection of our wigs and hair toppers.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards and debit cards for in store purchase, no cash or check at this time. For online purchases, you can pay using credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods.

Can I return or exchange a wig if I change my mind? We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your wig or hair topper, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase, provided it remains in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. There is a restocking fee of €25 for synthetic pieces and €75 for human hair pieces that applies to all wigs and hair toppers. Read our return policy here.

Do you take insurance? We can take health saving cards at this time to cover wigs, and can provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance provider.

Do you provide Wig Washing, Blow Dry and Cutting Service? At this time we do not provide any wig cutting or styling.
