The following terms and conditions apply to all HairWeavon transactions. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions, This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. You should also check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.
We collect some personal information such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name, E-mail, Telephone, Fax Number, mailing Address, etc. We use the information provided by you to provide HairWeavon products and services at your request. We do not share or sell your information with outside parties except when needed to complete your request e.g. shipping of your order.
We hope that we have provided you with a good range of hair replacement and hair extension products. If an item you have ordered is currently out of stock, it can be back ordered if you wish or we HairWeavon will either offer you an alternative or place an immediate order for you for delivery at the earliest convenience. Note that many of our products are custom made for you which can take anything from 8 to 13 weeks to deliver.
Many of the products we sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We always do our best to meet your expectations but bearing in mind that many products we offer are customised based on your idea and the information you give us. Please note that we can only do our best with the level of information and detail supplied. i.e hair colour, texture variations, etc
All prices listed on HairWeavon website are online prices only. HairWeavon products purchased at our hair replacement salons or through a HairWeavon agent may differ.
All prices on our website catalogue and delivery charges include VAT.
You may be subject to local taxes, import, customs and/or similar duties for which you are responsible. Customs policies are different in every country; therefore you should contact your national customs office for more information. Please be aware that you are the responsible importer when the destination of the shipment is outside the EU and it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods and/or services.
To protect your payment details, all online transactions are performed only on secure servers through an encrypted connection. The total price payable for the goods will be calculated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We may adjust our prices to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
Account discount codes – Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. Only one promotional discount code can be applied to an order.
Longevity of your Wig or hair piece
The longevity of a wig or hair piece is hugely dependent on how well it is cared for and maintained.
If our recommended care products are used and the maintenance process is carried out in the proper manner by a professional wig technician, the guidelines are
- About 3 to 6 months for synthetic wigs and hair pieces
- About 6 to 12 months for human hair wigs
- About 3 to 6 months for hair systems
You may choose to style, straighten, curl or dye the hair as you wish however we recommend you keep this to a minimum. HairWeavon is not responsible for any mismanagement which may prevent the hair from lasting.
Delivery of products in stock will normally be made within 24 hours from clearance of your payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
For Ellen Wille and Raquel Welch Collections, please allow 5 additional working days for your order to be dispatched.
If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position. Please allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
*We are not responsible for international shipping delays due to customs processing.
*Orders are only sent on business days, i.e. Monday to Friday only
*Please note time indicated for delivery is from dispatch. Some items or colours require 3 to 5 business days before dispatched.
*Customised items require a number of weeks to be made.
*Same day delivery orders must be received by 11am
*Orders to be delivered by DHL must be received by 2pm
*If orders are received after these times, they will be sent the next business day
*We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by customs for International deliveries
A signature is require when items are delivered. Please ensure you are available to sign for your items when delivered.
For the cardholder’s protection, HairWeavon reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a shipping address cannot be verified.
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Please bear in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

HairWeavon.com custom orders
Please note that custom items can take 8 to 13 weeks to be made and delivered. This include lace closure pieces, lace frontals, customised wigs and hair systems.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery. If the item delivered to you is not correct, it is your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund you or exchange it under the following conditions
- You must contact us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item to inform us that you wish to return or exchange it
- The item must be received by us by the 14th day for a refund or exchange
- We advice that you obtain tracking details when returning the package so you can track its delivery to us

- When trying on the wig or hair piece, you must use a wig cap. Wig caps can be purchased here on our website or you can use your own
- The returned wig or hair piece must not have been worn
- The hair must not have been combed, brushed or styled in any way
- The hair must not have been, washed, dyed, curled, braided or treated in any way
- No hair spray or styling product must be used on it
- Any smells of styling products on the wig or hair piece will warrant a refund refusal
- The wig or hair piece must not have had contact with any food smells, perfume odour or cigarette odours
- The wig or hair piece must not have any makeup stains on it
- The wig or hair piece must be in its original condition and packaging
- Any product seal must be kept intact
- There is no return or exchanges on customised items or any items that have been altered for you
- There is no returns on eyebrow makeup, eyelash, eyebrows and any wig care or bonding products
- Shipping cost for returns or exchanges are at your expense
- If free shipping was offered with your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount returned to you. This is €32 if DHL was used and €15 for other delivery options were used.
- **From 1st June 2020, Please note that returns and exchange of Jon Renau products will incur a restocking charge of €25.
- If you have returned an item that is not eligible for refund, it will be returned back to you at your cost
- Within 14 days of your original purchase, Only one exchange opportunity is permitted.
- Refunds will only be paid to the same card or method used for the purchase
- Please allow 10 working days before the amount is shown on your bank statement
- Training course fees are non-refundable but training dates may be rescheduled
This does not affect your statutory rights
Recommended hair care products or accessories
For your convenience, HairWeavon may recommend hair care products or related products that may compliment your purchase. Any queries/complaints must be directed to the manufacturers of such products.
Physical Damage Policy
Any damage to the hair or packaging will effectively void your exchange entitlements. Package your products properly for shipping. Physical damage includes item that has been altered, cut and/or missing packaging. Any physically damaged products will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
It is advised that you send the products by registered post to ensure safe delivery. After we receive your package, allow up to 10 working days for your exchange or refund to be processed. All exchange queries can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Ethical Sourcing Policy
As a reputable and trusted business committed to offering its customers high quality products, HairWeavon recognizes its obligation to ensure that suppliers are operating ethically. We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees’ health and safety and basic human rights.
All suppliers are expected to comply with their national employment laws and regulations with particular regard to:

- Freely chosen employment
- Health and safety
- Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
- No discrimination
- No harsh or inhumane treatment

- Terms of employment
HairWeavon will never knowingly source products or materials from countries which are in breach of the above principles. We look to our suppliers to instill these principles when dealing with their own supplier base.
Because of the sometimes complex nature of our suppliers’ supply chain, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of each individual involved in the production of our products. However, as HairWeavon continues to grow it recognises the importance of being proactive and doing everything within our power to support the rights of those involved in the sourcing and manufacture of its goods.
