Returns & Exchanges
It is easy to return and exchange your purchase with HairWeavon. we are happy to accept returns and Exchanges within 7 business days of receiving your product. Simply examine your purchase thoroughly before using it and return within 7 days. We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- – The product is unused, has not been worn and in its original condition
- – The product seal hasn’t been cut or removed
- – The hair is not combed, washed, dyed, curled, braided, or treated
- – No return or exchanges on custom orders. These include customised wigs, customise hair systems, customised hair pieces and customised hair extensions.
- – Shipping cost for returns or exchanges are at the customer’s expense
- – Training course fees are non-refundable but training dates may be rescheduled
- – Refunds are paid in the same method of payment as was received. Any refund amounts will only be paid back to the same card as the payment was received. Please allow 10 working days before the amount is shown on your bank statement.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
