Your satisfaction is important to us. If for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund you under the following conditions

  • Contact us as soon as you receive the item to inform us that you wish to return it
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your decision to return the item within 14 days from the date you received the goods. After notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods,  you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
  • You can arrange to ship the returned item yourself or use one of our courier providers listed below
  • We advise that you obtain tracking details so you can track its timely delivery to us
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping method used enables the package to arrive to us on time.
  • Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to extend the returns period.
  • A restocking fee of €25 for synthetic pieces and €75 for human hair pieces applies to all wigs and hair toppers
  • Ensure your returned package clearly states that this is a return, to avoid additional customs charges being incurred by us and then deducted from your refund amount
  • We do not offer exchanges

  • Ensure your item is eligible for return and will arrive back to us within the above returns period

  • You can send your parcel with any courier of your choice
  • Please ensure you arrange the returns in good time to ensure we receive the item/s on time. No extension on the return period will be permitted.

  • **UK, USA, and Non-EU customers must provide their original order receipt to your chosen shipping agent and notify them that the goods being sent are a RETURN, otherwise, customs charges may be incurred upon delivery back to us, which will then be deducted from your total refund amount.
Ireland

  • Your retailer order reference is the order number found in your order email
  • You can drop the package to your local post office or schedule a pick-up at your home
  • Please ensure you arrange the returns in good time to ensure we receive the item/s within the returns period. No extension will be granted.

To ensure your return is accepted

  • Returns will not be accepted unless the item is in perfect condition for re-sell.
  • When trying on the wig or hairpiece, you must use a wig cap. Wig caps can be purchased here
  • The returned wig or hairpiece must not have been worn
  • The hair must not have been combed, brushed or styled in any way
  • The hair must not have been, washed, dyed, curled, braided or treated in any way
  • No hair spray or styling product must be used on it
  • Any smells of styling products on the wig or hairpiece will warrant a refund refusal
  • The wig or hairpiece must not have had contact with any food smells, perfume odours or cigarette odours
  • The wig or hairpiece must not have any makeup stains on it
  • The wig or hairpiece must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Any product seal must be kept intact
  • The wig or hairpiece must be returned in exactly the same condition as was received with all tags and packaging attached
  • Return will not be accepted If any tags are missing or are detached in any way from the piece
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item is not returned in the box in the same presentable manner as was received
  • You must handle the piece very carefully, Return will not be accepted if any hairs are pulled out of the piece or are sticking out from the weft or base
  • We do not offer exchanges; the original order would need to be returned and a new order would need to be placed
  • Due to the nature of what we sell (wigs and hair pieces). They become slightly undesirable when handled and tried on by customers, which is why we must perform a rigorous quality check, hygiene refresh and repackaging when items are returned before they can be re-sold. This time-consuming and costly process is the reason why we charge the compulsory restocking fee. Hence, a restocking fee of €25 for synthetic pieces and €75 for human hair pieces applies to all wigs and hair toppers

  • If you believe there is a default with the item, please send us images upon receiving it. The item will need to be inspected by the manufacturer, if it is confirmed to be a fault, a full refund will be issued and any shipping cost covered by HairWeavon. If no fault is detected, the shipping cost of the returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • There is no return on customised items or any items that have been altered for you
  • There are no returns on eyebrow makeup, eyelashes, eyebrows and any wig care or bonding products
  • There is no return on items from our clearance/sale page 
  • Any cost incurred when sending returns is always at your expense.
  • If you received free shipping with an order and you returned some or part of the order, the free shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount. These costs depend on your country and are listed here
  • The customer is responsible for returning the items back to us in a timely manner
  • If we arrange collection of your returned item, the shipping cost can be between €20 – €25 for Europe, €5.95 for Ireland, and €27 – €36 for the USA, Canada and the rest of the world.
  • The cost of returning any unauthorised items is your responsibility. Items are held for a maximum of 72 hours and then the parcel will be destroyed
  • Refunds can take up to 10 days to fully process depending on your bank
  • This does not affect your statutory rights
