Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If, for any reason, you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to facilitating a smooth and fair return process under the following conditions:

  1. Notification and Timeframe:

Please reach out to us promptly upon receiving the item to express your intention to return it.

To be eligible for a refund, notify us of your decision to return the item within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

Once you have informed us within the initial 14 days, you then have an additional 14 days to physically return the goods to us.

  1. Return Carrier:

You are responsible for arranging the return shipment of the item to the address set out at 12 below, including the selection of a courier service.

Please note that we will not provide recommendations for courier services.

It is crucial to choose a shipping method that ensures the package’s arrival at our facility within the specified timeframe.

We strongly recommend obtaining tracking details for your shipment, enabling you to monitor its progress and confirm its timely delivery.

  1. Returns Period:

Due to the unique nature of the products we offer, we are regrettably unable to extend the returns period beyond the specified 14 days for notification and an additional 14 days for return.

  1. Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of €25 applies to synthetic pieces, and €75 applies to human hair pieces for all wigs and hair toppers.

This fee is in place to cover the costs associated with meticulously processing and ensuring the quality of returned items.

  1. Customs Charges:

To prevent additional customs charges, it is crucial that your returned package is clearly labeled as a return. Any incurred customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Exclusions:

Please note that we do not facilitate direct exchanges. Returns will be processed exclusively as refunds or store credits, offering you flexibility in selecting an alternative product.

  1. Hygiene and Resellable Condition:

To uphold hygiene standards and product quality, returned items must be in a re-sellable condition. Wigs should not have been worn, styled, cut, or altered in any manner.

  1. Consequences for Unsellable Returns:

If a returned item is deemed unsellable due to its condition, the customer will be notified.

In such cases, the refund amount may be subject to a deduction or rejection, and the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our standards for hygiene and resellable condition.

  1. Right to Deactivate Accounts:

We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate any account that:

  • Exhibits an unusually high rate of returns.
  • Shows evidence of purchases being made for the purpose of resale.

These measures are necessary to maintain the integrity of our sales and returns processes.
