How much is the license fee?
€15,000 to €35,000 depending on your location.
*Preferential terms (i.e. reduced license fees) are available for initial pilot licensees.
How much will it cost to open my HairWeavon hair replacement salon
To open a HairWeavon hair replacement salon, the turnkey capital cost will be approximately €35,000. This includes a provision for working capital.
What are the continuing fees?
License Royalty: 6% Gross Sales Net of Vat
Marketing Contribution: 2% Gross Sales Net of Vat
What experience do I need to open up a HairWeavon hair replacement salon?
What we look for in a licensee is someone who has a genuine caring nature. Who is motivated to succeed, has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Previous or current experience working or running a business in the hairdressing and barbering sector is also considered a great advantage.
How is the License different to the Franchise Opportunity
Licensing provides you with the opportunity to trade under the HairWeavon trademark. The Licensee (you) will be trained up to deliver the HairWeavon customer offer to the standards required by HairWeavon.
The Franchise model extends beyond just licensing. The franchisor (HairWeavon) will train the franchisee (you) in ALL aspects of running the business not just how to deliver the customer offer. It is our intention to progress our current license model into a best practice full franchise model in the near future

What type of clients can I service at my hair replacement salon?
Depending on your license agreement, training and investment, you will be able to service

What type of hair replacement services do you offer?

Who will find a premises for my HairWeavon hair replacement salon?
It is the licensee’s responsibility to identify suitable premises, although we will assist and advise you during the process.
What are the ideal premises criteria?
Ground floor or main street premises are not required
First floor premises are ideal
A welcoming room/ office room/ waiting area
Private consultation room/rooms
Car parking – on street or dedicated
Will there be training and support?
To ensure the success of your HairWeavon hair replacement salon, we provide a two week comprehensive on-site intensive training programme for you and any hair stylists / barbers you may have at that time.
We will also provide a dedicated trainers available to you remotely for the first month of your opening to help you with any technical questions.
Along with ongoing remote coaching & support into the future.
How long does it take to open my HairWeavon hair replacement salon?
Once the location is agreed & the license agreement is signed it takes approximately 8-10 weeks to open your salon. This allows time to complete the training to a high level that you feel confident. It also allows time to have all the fittings, furniture, stock to be ordered and in place to commence business.
Where do I order my wigs and hair systems?
For ready to wear items, we operate an approved supplier program with your own account that you manage independently.
For customised wigs and hair systems, all orders will be sent to HairWeavon head office in Dublin for creation and customisation.
How much return will I make on my investment?
Financial rewards vary depending on sales, your location, population in your region, whether you have hair dressing or barber skills yourself or need to hire staff with these skills, your ability to manage and control your business and other factors.
Prospective licensees are obliged to conduct their own independent investigation before signing any license agreement. During the interview process, prospective license owners will have access to trading accounts.
Can I convert my existing salon into a HairWeavon hair replacement salon?
Yes – converting an existing salon into a HairWeavon hair replacement salon may also have cost benefits in terms of fit-out.
Can I use a private consultation room within my existing salon to service HairWeavon hair replacement clients?
Yes, provided the privacy and discretion of hair loss clients are managed properly. This will allow you to add substantial additional revenue into your existing business.
