The customers might be encountering some errors when accessing or trying to make purchases in HairWeavon website. These errors might be:
- 502 Error
- 524 Error
- a screen whiteout
- a frozen screen
- warning messages on the screen
The 502 and 524 errors might be related to our servers. In most of the cases these are temporary errors(for a couple seconds). If you encounter this type of errors, please refresh the page in a couple minutes.
Most of the other errors are due to the issues on the client’s side rather than HairWeavon’s side. To be able to troubleshoot these issues please try the steps below.
1. Clear the browser’s cache and cookie
Sometime previous cached data and cookies might conflict with the our data and cookies. In this situation, to clear the browser’s cache and cookies may help you. In most of the case this resolves almost all the local issues.

Note: Don’t forget to close and re-open your browser after clearing cache and cookies.
To Clear Cache and Cookies on Google Chrome(for both Desktop and Mobile):
- Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner).
- Select History.
- Select Clear Browsing Data. Opt in Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files and select Clear Data(please make sure you set All time).
- Close and re-open Chrome to save your changes.
To Clear Cache and Cookies on Mozilla Firefox:
- Click on the Tools bar.
- Click on Options (For Mac – Preferences).
- On the left menu, select Privacy & Security
- Under the Cookies and Site Data, click the “Clear Data…” button.
- Select the two options and click on Clear now.
- Close and re-open Firefox to save your changes
To Clear Cache and Cookies on Safari for MacOS:
- Click on Safari on the top menu bar.
- Click on Preferences.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Click on Manage Website Data…
- Click on Remove All.
- Click on Remove Now.
- Go to the Safari menu on the top menu bar.
- Select Quit to close Safari and save your changes.
To Clear Cache and Cookies on Safari for IOS:
- Go to the Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down to the Safari menu.
- Scroll down and select Clear History and Website Data.
- Select Clear History and Data in the pop-up.,
- The button will turn gray when cache and cookies have been cleared.
To Clear Cache and Cookies on Google Chrome for IOS
- Open Google Chrome on your iOS device.
- Click on the menu toolbar in the bottom right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy.
- Select Cookies, Site Data, and Cached Images and Files(don’t forget to set All time)
- Click Clear Browsing Data at the bottom of the screen.
- Then click again on Clear Browsing Data to confirm.
2. Try in an incognito window
In some cases you may not want to clear your cache and cookies. You might try to enter our website in incognito window. Incognito window skips all cache and cookie. That’s why the expected results are the same with clearing cache and cookies.

To Open Incognito Window on Safari for MacOs
Shortcut keys: Command-Shift-N (macOS).
- Click on the File menu.
- Click on New Private Window
To Open Incognito Window on Safari for IOS
- Open Safari on your iPhone and tap the new page icon in the lower-right corner.
- Tap Private in the lower-left corner.
- Tap the + symbol or tap Done.
3. Try in another browser
In rare cases the browser you use might have some issues. You can’t have to bump into the issues on every pages. In this case if you have another browser on your device, please try to open HairWeavon.com in that browser.
4. Try on another device
In many rare cases the operation system you use might conflict with HairWeavon data. In this case you can try on another device.
5. Try on a different network connection
If you use firewall or proxy, it might prevent some HTTP requests. In this case you may try to visit our website on a different network connection.
