Violet shampoo is used to customise and control the gold and yellow tones and hues, which appear in blonde Human Hair over time. It acts to bring back the original vibrant colour and cancel out any brassiness.
Follow these instructions
1. Wet the hair completely in cool running water
2. Apply a small amount of in tone shampoo to wet hands, making sure the shampoo has completely blended in your hands, add a little water if needed
3. Apply at the base of the wig, and quickly work down towards the ends of the hair. The ends are the most porous and can absorb the tone faster.
4. Condition hair with a Human Hair conditioner, and blow dry as normal.
If your goal is a subtle toning, you can rinse thoroughly just after 30 seconds, and follow by conditioning the hair with a Human Hair conditioner.
Different application times have a more or less dramatic result. See picture in gallery. The longer you allow the shampoo to process, the cooler the tone will be.
