HairWeavon is based in Ireland which is a member state of the European Union. If you are also located in the EU, you will not be charged custom fees or any tarrifs.
If you are shopping with us from the UK or non EU countries, the prices you see on our website exclude VAT. These prices are 23% less than customers in the EU pay.
You can have confidence that when shopping with HairWeavon, there are no hidden fees. If you are located outside of the EU you will be charged customs fees according to the country or territory where you are based. You will be charged via the courier who will deliver your order as sent from our HQ!
Couriers such as DHL will contact you via text message or email detailing the customs fees which need to be paid. If you are unsure if the request you receive from DHL is legitimate or not, you can contact your local DHL office here.
